Login:
Open your web browser and navigate to the ZYWELL Cloud Printing Platform's web address: https://www.zywell.net/download
Enter your account credentials and click the "Login" button to gain access to the platform.
Menu Bar:
Once logged in, you can access the main features by clicking the "Menu" button located at the top left corner of the interface. This action will reveal or hide the menu bar, allowing you to navigate through the platform's features.
Binding the Printer:
To start using the platform with your printer, you'll need to bind the printer using its unique ID. The platform supports single and multiple printer bindings. For multiple printers, you can download an Excel template, fill in the required data, and upload the file to bind the printers in bulk.
For a single printer, enter the printer's ID and name in their respective fields and click the "Bind" button. You should receive a success message upon completion.
Printer Management:
Access printer management by clicking the "Printer Manage" button. This will open the interface where you can manage all your bound printers.
You can search for a specific printer by entering details like "ID," "name," or "binding date" into the filter box.
To select multiple printers, click the "Select" button next to the "ID" column.
To unbind a printer, select it and click the "Unbind" button. A confirmation window will appear;click "Yes" to confirm.
Printer Test:
The "Printer Test" feature allows you to send test print jobs to your printer to ensure it's correctly set up and functioning.
Enter the printer ID and task name, select the number of copies, language, and print type (text, hex, image, barcode, QR code, etc.).
Use the "Select file" button to upload documents or images for printing.
Click "Send" to transmit the test content to the printer.
Printer Task:
Use the "Printer Task" feature to view the history of print tasks and check what has been printed.
You can query tasks by entering the task ID and name in the provided fields.
The platform also shows the status of tasks processed by the printer and allows you to view the content of printed orders.
