This patent was filed in June 2025 and has now been officially granted and announced by the National Intellectual Property Office.

patent is specifically designed for the paper compartment structure of thermal printers. The complete mechanism consists of four major components: the adjustment plate, baffle seat, inner shell, and outer shell, combined with a built-in locking strip to achieve smooth positioning adjustment:

✅ One-touch adjustment, effortless operation: The width of the paper compartment can be locked or unlocked simply by lightly turning the adjustment plate. Turning the locking strip counterclockwise secures the width, while turning it clockwise releases the strip for free adjustment of the baffle, eliminating the need for forceful removal of the baffle seat.

✅ Extremely streamlined structure, cost-effective and easy to assemble: The integrated mechanical design with fewer components greatly reduces assembly difficulty on the production line, simultaneously controlling overall machine production costs and maximizing cost-performance advantages.
