What Warranty Standards Should be Followed?

The standard warranty policy includes:

• Standard product warranty: 1-year carry-in warranty

• Printhead warranty: 3–6 months, depending on the product model and application conditions, as the printhead is a consumable component

The warranty does not cover damage or failures caused by the following situations:

• Normal printhead wear, scratches, or burnout

• Physical damage caused by dropping, impact, liquid ingress, or excessive dust contamination

•  Damage resulting from low-quality or non-genuine thermal paper, labels, or ribbons

•  Power surges, unstable voltage, incorrect power supply usage, or improper installation

•  Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair by non-approved personnel
